Hospitality/Sunshine Committee

To send cards of Get Well Wishes or Sympathy cards to CVBR and Associate members who are experiencing an event where compassion, celebration or support is needed. Flowers or other donations will be decided by the Board of Directors. The Sunshine Committee will notify the President and Vice President of those experiencing an event or celebration (via e-mail or phone call). Welcomes members and guests to meetings and functions. Receives the registration roster from the EO. Checks in attendees for each function/meeting/meal. Collects the appropriate fee at the door for each function or meeting/meal.
