My love for the Monadnock Region started as a small child at my parents’ summer cottage at Laurel Lake in Fitzwilliam, NH. As I was growing up in central Massachusetts, our vacations and weekend trips brought us to this area and Maine. After marriage to my high school sweetheart, we made Rindge our home because of our love for the ponds, lakes, forests and Mount Monadnock. We have lived here happily since 1975 and often remark how daily life in this area makes us feel as if we are on vacation every day.
Not surprisingly, my love for the area and my enjoyment of the people here led me to a career in real estate. After years of growth in an industrial setting, I knew it was the right place – with friendly, genuine, smiling, supportive and warm people. The years have passed quickly since 1990.
The skills required for a career in real estate are wider reaching than I imagined when I trained and received my license. It is not a part-time hobby when you are dealing with probably the largest financial investment many people will make. Knowledge of the area inventory, community, changing technology -- all are critical in putting knowledge into action to achieve desired results. Being motivated, dedicated, reliable and a good listener make the difference in achieving success for my clients.
I speak my Realtor pledge from my heart and wear my Realtor pin with pride. In 2004 I received recognition as Realtor of the Year for the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors.
